Camélia des Gites du Parc 3*, piscine

✅ For your holiday or other short stay (no rental more than 3 months, according to the French regulations):
Gîte Camélia, one of the 3 furnished self-catering cottages, open all year round, on prior reservation only and according to the availability of each gîte (please contact me, bookings arrive quickly and I do not always have time to update the calendar during daytime).
✅ Mandatory contract, minimum 3 nights only except July and August (except special weekends when announced open to the reservation).
Period July-August = high season, booking from 1 week = 7 nights (but dates flexible - consult me).
❗ Covid Cancellations: on *official proof only* from one of the policy holders: free cancellations + refunds up to 10 full days prior to arrival.
❗ Less than 10 days, only the "arrhes" = down deposit is kept.
Deposit: 30% of the rent of the stay unless booking too late = 100% of the stay.

✅ 4 PERSONS MAXIMUM PER GITE, CHILDREN AND BABIES INCLUDED.
3 BEDS: 1 OF 160 CM (sleeps 2) + 2 BEDS 90 CM (1 place each).
-- Les Sables d'Olonne / St Gilles Croix de Vie: 20-30 min depending on traffic,
-- Brem/Mer beaches 15 km by quiet roads, Brétignolles/Mer 20 min.
-- Nantes airport: 1h, La Rochelle airport: 1h15 by car.

✅ Gîtes registered at the town hall of St Julien-des-Landes, 85150 (see the town hall website or contact them, for proof). Siret number on the contract.
✅ We are well known to the Office de Tourisme des Achards where our cottages are also listed
✅ Free wifi with password.
✅ Each cottage includes:
-- its private entrance,
-- living room/kitchen with sofa, table, 4 chairs.
✅ Electric fans
Board games, etc.
Tourist brochures.
Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware, plates, glasses, mugs..., cutlery.
Salt/pepper/barbecue herbs/oil/vinegar.
Domestic products supplied + 3 rolls toilet paper
✅1st bedroom: 1 bed 160x200cm
✅2nd bedroom: 2 single bunk beds 90x 200cm
Beds and pillows always protected, covers and protective covers changed between each booking.
bathroom (with 80x80cm shower but slightly wider in Gîte Jasmin).
1 separate toilet.
Beautiful terrace and garden furniture with umbrella.
1 stone barbecue stand/gîte.
✅ Beautiful secured pool, shared (almost private, few people on site!) 10mx5m, pool toys.
Heated by the Vendée sun and covered at night to preserve the heat accumulated during the day. 🏊‍♀️ Recommended evening swim: it’s magical!
-- Terrace with garden furniture and umbrella.
-- large park with playgrounds : swings, sandbox, turnball, badminton, football goal + table tennis in the courtyard in front of the gîtes.
⛔ Pets not accepted, sorry: park not fenced + we have our own dog, a very sociable young Golden - He is not allowed in the gîtes.
***Smoking: outside only (not at window or in front of door).
✅ Beds made for your arrival included then sheets provided/ weekend.
300€ breakage deposit required on your arrival. Refundable after end of stay inventory / checks.End of stay cleaning : € to do: floors, windows, crockery storage left in the dishwasher *optional*, the rest is done by you.
All bookings are subject to a contract with a description of the property.
Payments are made by bank transfer, preferably. You can pay in Pounds into our British bank account, for conveniency. Your choice.

If your reservation is less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, full payment is required.
Please specify the composition of your family - and confirm that you will not be coming with animals.

Gift during your stay : Boissons fraîches dans réfrigérateur et brioche ou gâche à l'arrivée, etc. :)
