Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of our residence. At 400m from the sea, 20 minutes walk from the center of Saint-François (5 min drive), its market and its shops, rentals will charm you with its comfort, reliability of services and the quality of reception . The pool is available to all tenants of the residence.
Our bungalows are composed of a living room - kitchen with sofa, air-conditioned room with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace.
Equipment: refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen necessities, television.
At your disposal: washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided and changed once a week.
Our rentals are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
Your refrigerator will be stocked for the first breakfast.
To share with other residents, a welcome cocktail (ti'punch, planter, juices, ...) will be offered during the week of your arrival.

"Un endroit chaleureiux où on se sent bien."
La différence entre un très bon gîte et un excellent gîte c’est souvent l’attention que l’hôte porte à ses invités. De ce point de vue, la Résidence Acacia est un excellent gîte.
J’y suis allé une première fois en mars 2020 pour un séjour qui devait être de 3 semaines mais qui s’est interrompu après 10 jours pour cause de Covid. J’y ai séjourné de nouveau pendant 9 semaines cet hiver (2023). J’aurai le plaisir d’y retourner en 2024.
La Résidence Acacia de Saint-François est sans doute le secret le mieux gardé de la Guadeloupe.
