--Drugs or alcohol can not be used inside of the rooms or the apartment
--Smoking is forbidden inside the room or apartment..(if there is any smoking odor you will assessed a 70eurs..special cleaning fee)

--The apartment and rooms are in good condition...(lights, furniture, electrical appliances, doors, locks and keys) and meet all the requirements of order and cleanliness for a detailed coexistence in the announcements and specifications on booking regulations.
--To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the apartment doors locked as a precautionary measure.
