Board games/puzzles Horse ridingSituated on 20 acres of farmland, Blackwattle Farm is just a 10-minute drive from Australia Zoo. Set at the base of the beautiful Glass House Mountains, the property is ideally located to explore the Sunshine Coast beaches and hinterland. It is surrounded by pineapple plantations and enjoys amazing mountain views.
Blackwattle features a variety of farm animals including minature pigs, minature goats, dexter cows, sheep, alpaccas, ducks, chickens, quails, and peacocks.
There is a self contained cabin which is open planned, with a king size bed, kitchenette, microwave, large lounge, reverse cycle aircon, fans and TV. There is a separate room with two king single beds, TV, and own access to luxury bathroom with a claw foot bath. Suitable for all ages, and pet friendly upon request.
The tiny house on wheels has two loft bedrooms, accessible via stairs, and a large deck to entertain and look out over the cow paddocks and rain forest. It has a lounge, kitchenette, TV, compost toilet, Blu-tooth stereo, fans, air-conditioning, heating and a small bathroom with a shower.
We also have a new tiny house (tall gum tiny) which has a queen bed on meter high platform, and a double bed in a loft (not suitable for kids under 7) kitchenette, fan, reverse cycle aircon, large shower and huge deck with BBQ, fancy compost loo and clawfoot bath on deck.
All accommodations are self contained and have outdoor fireplaces. Breakfast and feeding the animals is included in the rate.

BathroomView Garden viewThis tiny house on wheels offers a small space. There are 2 loft bedrooms, 1 with a queen-sized bed and the other 2 single-sized beds. There is a TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, fans, a full kitchenette and a BBQ outside on the large deck. There is a small bathroom with a stand-alone shower and vanity with a compost (no smell) toilet off the deck. It has beautiful views over the cow paddocks and rain-forest as well as a fire pit outside. Breakfast and feeding the animals is included in the rate and you have full access to the farm and organic gardens, including collecting fresh eggs daily.
Please note that there are stairs and a climbing ladder. This house is not suitable for children under the age of 7.

BathroomView Garden viewThis is our brand new tiny house, and provides accommodation for four people in an open planned space, with one queen bed on a meter high platform with huge bay window overlooking the native trees. The second bed is a double and you must be comfortable climbing stairs and sleeping in a loft (not suitable for kids under 7) There is a separate shower/bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sandwich press, toaster kettle and a BBQ on deck with a gas burner so everything you need to cook if you choose. There's a TV, ceiling fan, reverse cycle aircon, bluetooth stereo, and USB charging points. There's a huge deck with bbq and dining, a very fancy no smell compost loo and even a claw foot outdoor bath. Breakfast and feeding the animals is included in the rate.
Pets are allowed on request (no extra charge).
Children of all ages are welcome.Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 10 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

We now have two tiny houses on wheels (not suitable for children under 7), one is called veggie patch tiny house and the other tall gum tiny house. Both sleep 4 people only suitable for children over 7 years old due to sleeping in lofts and climbing stairs. The Tall gum tiny has a luxury claw foot bath on the deck.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
