Beautiful 13th century character house for your holidays in the Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord noir!

This charming atmosphere will delight lovers of old stones with an isolated location on the hill that offers a lot of privacy on the one hand, and on the other hand, a beautiful view of the forests that surround the bastide of Villefranche-du- 12th century Périgord.
Here you can find all shops, bank, restaurant, tennis court, only a 2 minute drive away.

From the house a private path will lead you into the wood of the property, the start of the track leading to the largest chestnut tree in Europe!

In the forest, live whole families of hinds, stags and roe deer and we can see them around the bend of the paths ...

At about 5 km, you will find a pleasant swimming lake then the famous Dordogne river as well as its famous thousand castles! Promise of unforgettable trips along the water or on the quiet shores.

You can get drunk on the splendor of villages such as Sarlat, Monpazier, Belvès, Saint-Cyprien, Domme, Beynac and La Roque-Gageac to name a few.

Back in the house you can enjoy the slightly elevated private fenced swimming pool (diameter 6 m) surrounded by a beautiful lawn with sun loungers, where you can also enjoy the beautiful views mentioned above!

Note a game of pétanque ball provided and a beautiful swing on the pool side.
