Beautiful stone house in a charming hamlet for rent, near Sarlat (about 20 km) with private swimming pool.

We offer you our house (115 m²) which is adjoining our gîte and which is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 25 minutes from Sarlat, 10 minutes from Saint-Cyprien and Le Bugue.

Everything is provided for children - large secure garden, DVDs, books, toys - and for babies - high chair, travel cot… (subject to availability). Internet access is via WiFi.

The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms (1 bed 150 cm, 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm) + possibility for a travel cot, a kitchen, a living room, bathroom, toilet, terrace, garden. approximately 4000 m² with play area for children and private swimming pool (4 x 10 m). (Access to the swimming pool is exclusively for you).

Our prices include (for a stay of one week):

Access to the swimming pool is exclusive to this rental (it is in service from mid-May to mid-September and depending on weather conditions).

Our house is not suitable for people with allergies to animals.

Within 15-30 minutes drive, you'll find famous tourist attractions such as Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Les Jardins Suspendus de Marqueyssac, Les Gouffres de Proumeyssac, Les Eyzies, Le Font de Gaume, La Roque-Gageac .
Not to be missed either - Lascaux IV (45 minutes), the Bastides de Domme and Monpazier (30-40 minutes), candlelit evenings at the Jardin de Marqueyssac and why not a hot air balloon trip?
For family fun, discover the Aquarium du Bugue, the Village Le Bournat, the Jacquou Parc, the Etang du Bos (with Aquatic Park), canoes and outings in Gabarre on the Dordogne.
