Belle maison de campagne restaurée

Belle Jeanne (just that name) holiday home is a perfectly restored farmhouse in the French countryside, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, situated in the most beautiful location imaginable at the end of a cul-de-sac, in its own grounds of 5000 m², with beautiful views and bordered to the rear by its own pine forest, just a few hundred metres from a 36 hectare natural lake.
No neighbors, no street lights, so no light pollution and therefore a fantastic starry sky.
In the heart of nature, to the sound of all the wild birds and other wild animals, have a picnic under the old chestnut tree.
No noisy tourism, but wonderful peace and quiet, beautiful cycling and walking trails, horse riding and fishing opportunities.

Belle Jeanne consists of a simple kitchen/living room with all the necessary equipment (there is of course WiFi) and a fireplace for a cozy fire, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (possibility of 1 additional folding bed), a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate and spacious toilet.
Under the same roof you will find a large room of 85 m², a covered veranda, which in the future will have a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet, but which is now suitable for staying when the weather is less nice outside, there is a comfortable lounge set, several armchairs, other decorative furniture.
