Belle maison d'architecte sur les hauteurs de Lauris

Located in a quiet corner in the heights of the village of Lauris, this beautiful architect-designed house, designed in the 70s for a painter, welcomes you for your family vacation or for a stay with your friends.

To enhance it, make it more comfortable and with the aim of improving its ecological footprint, we completely renovated the house in 2017. This allowed us to obtain the “Ecogîte” label.

In summer you can cool off in the swimming pool in front of the house and enjoy a pastis on the terrace facing South-East, while admiring the splendid view of the old village of Lauris and the Durance valley with the emblematic Sainte Victoire background.
When the sun's rays have softened, you can also play a game of pétanque on the bowling green behind the house.
On site a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.60 m), 2 terraces: 1 to the west of 25 m² and 1 to the south-east of 16 m², open land of 2300 m² including a wooded part.

The village center with all the shops is 2 km from the house.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km away.
You can visit many typical Luberon villages nearby such as Lourmain or Gordes and Roussillon.
Aix-en-Provence and its cultural riches will be worth discovering, without forgetting La Roque-d'Anthéron and its piano festival.
As for hikers or cycle tourists, they will find outings from the house.
