Beautiful cottage with amazing mountain views and private pool

Petit Puntos is a lovely detached cottage with plunge pool set within it’s own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi.

Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down or watch the sunset over the mountains.

The bright open plan living area consists of a large sitting room with Smart TV, dining room with wood burner and a very well equipped kitchen which all face south towards the outdoor area and amazing mountains.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house but the house is more suited to sleeping 4 as one bedrooms is smaller. This bedroom can be used as a study or for children and a there is a modern bright bathroom with bath and shower.
