THE APARTMENT
Come and relax on the 4th floor, in this beautiful apartment with a 12m² terrace which overlooks a beautiful garden. This BBC apartment dates from 2014. It is spacious and pleasant to live in. It offers a surface area of 67m² with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. You have access to all parts and equipment. A free closed garage in the basement of the residence allows you to park if you are by car. A video of the apartment is available on youtube "Beau T3 plein sud".
THE RESIDENCE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
Quiet and secure residence located in the Grisettes district of Montpellier, 100 m from the Sabines tram line 2 and near the A9 motorway. The new Saint Roch clinic is 50m away. To go swimming at Palavas-les flots beach by car, you need 15 minutes. For the tram, which goes to Carnon beach, it takes about 30 minutes. The Yves du Manoir stadium is less than 3 km away. You will find a Europcar vehicle rental within 10 minutes walk.
THE DISTRICT
Recent district, labeled "eco-district", friendly and structured around two "ramblas", it is made up of diversified collective dwellings. You will find organic products from the region and above all quality products 50 meters from the apartment in an area with 17 stalls. Bread, fruits and vegetables, fish, sea bass, pizza, cheeses, fresh pasta, spices, butchery and even lobster.
ITINERARY
If you arrive from the station or the city center, take Tram n ° 2 (orange with flowers), direction Saint-jean-de-vedas, and get off at Sabines station. Then you will only have to take a few steps to get to my place since the station is right next door. From the motorway, take west exit n ° 31. By tram, you are 15 minutes from the Place de la Comédie (main square in Montpellier).
Little house rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but the terrace will allow it.
- Household linen is not to be used for the beach.
- Large parties or parties are prohibited.
- The cleaning costs do not exclude leaving the accommodation clean.
- Do not temporarily deposit your garbage bags in front of the front door.
- Respect the neighbors, the accommodation, the cleanliness and the equipment that is available to you.
- Free the apartment no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

"Appartement ideal"
Appartement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel , avec belle terrasse et, atout supplémentaire non négligeable, la place de parking. Fabrice est très réactif.

"Superbe ! Nous le recommandons"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très propre, fonctionnel, calme, avec un garage très sécurisé, bien situé proche du Centre de Montpellier, quartier très bien, proche des commerces, à un quart d'heure de Palavas les flots (formidable). Le propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif, nous y retournerons volontiers ! Nous le recommandons !
