Situated alongside the river, the 15-storey Banyandah Towers are 5 minutes’ drive from Cotton Tree. It is 10 minutes’ drive to Sunshine Coast Airport. Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo is 35 minutes’ drive away.

Guests can enjoy a game of billiards in the games room or share an outdoor meal in the BBQ area. The tour desk books trips to the Eumundi Markets, whale watching tours and winery tours.

All rooms and apartments offer a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Each has a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, hairdryer and one pack of complimentary toiletries. Extras may be purchased at the front desk. Air-conditioned units may be requested, but are subject to availability.
