The cottage is located within the estate, near the vegetable garden, in a charming Charentaise house with its beautiful private courtyard (90 m²). 1 garden furniture, deck chairs and 1 barbecue are available in this courtyard. You will find on the ground floor an open space with a living room and fireplace/1 dining room/1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs, 1 TV lounge on the mezzanine, 1 library stocked with books and board games, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

In the 1st bedroom, 1 160 cm bed and in the second bedroom, 2 90 cm twin beds and 2 90 cm bunk beds. Large storage space available.
