Au Mas des Claparèdes : le grand Gîte les Capitelles, 14 pers.

We are located in a peaceful place, ideal for recharging your batteries and resting, in the middle of 83 hectares of scrubland, 40 minutes from Montpellier.

In the gardens around the farmhouse you have access to terraces under the pergolas with views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
We have hiking departures from the estate.
Our accommodations are cared for, with quality equipment. The place is conducive to tranquility.

In the garden, a magnificent natural swimming pool 21 meters long with a large shaded pergola, a ping-pong table, 1 bowling alley, 1 large trampoline, a playground with wooden cabin, swings and slide for children. Direct access with a large parking lot on the ground.

We have 2 cottages - 14 beds:

1 - Gîte 1: The large Capitelles gîte - 12 people
You have in the "grand gîte les Capitelles" the living space includes a large living/dining room of 75 m² with access to the garden via the shaded terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality equipment and another walk-in shower room with wc.

The 5 bedrooms, 23 to 30 m², are spacious, each has large walk-in shower rooms and toilets.
The 3 downstairs bedrooms have a view of the gardens and for the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a view of a terrace without vis-à-vis.
In each of the bedrooms: 1 walk-in shower room with WC.
Modular in 5 double beds or 2 single beds in the mezzanine or 10 single beds + 2 single beds in the mezzanine (it is according to your needs)

* baby equipment (changing table, stroller, cot, etc.)
* household linen is provided, beds are made upon arrival
* we have 3 bedrooms and the living space, accessible for people with reduced mobility

2 - Cottage 2: The Clapas cottage - 2 people
Le Clapas gite is a 62 m² studio located on the ground floor.
It is composed of a large living room heated by a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a shower room with a toilet.
It is located near the reception hall and the swimming pool and has 2 private entrances opening onto 2 terraces.
