Small outbuilding, with water point and washer-dryer, which can also be used to park bicycles.

The house is located in the center of Ars-en-Ré but the access being via a private alley you will find the peace you are looking for while being close to the shops.
Ars-en-Ré is the first village you will come across after passing the Martray. Departure of the cycle paths towards the marshes, the Lilleau des Niges reserve, equestrian centers, near thalassotherapy ...

- living / dining room: 6 chairs, table, 3-seater sofa, coffee table, TV, baby booster, games available for any rainy days
- Blue room: double bed 140x190 with duvet, mattress protector, bolster and 2 pillows; single bed 90x200 in the mezzanine with mattress protector, 1 light duvet and 1 pillow; 1 travel cot (hard mattress)
- Green room: double bed 140x190 with duvet, mattress protector, bolster and 2 pillows; single bed 90x200 in the mezzanine with mattress protector, 1 light duvet and 1 pillow
- outbuilding: washer-dryer, water point, beach toys

What to expect:
- kitchen: tea towels, towels
- bedrooms: bed linen
- bathroom: towels / bath towels

As far as linen is concerned, many companies are able to provide them to you, as are bicycles (we can give you the contact details of some of them if necessary)
Pets are absolutely not allowed in the house
The house is non-smoking but an ashtray is available outside
A person on site will take care of welcoming you and carrying out the inventory of fixtures.
This person will also be present when you leave in order to carry out the exit inventory and to proceed with the cleaning afterwards. However, the bins must be removed, the fridge, dishwasher and the oven must be emptied. All kitchen utensils, cutlery (…) must be returned to their places.
