Hiking trails Bike pathWe offer you a pretty T2 of approximately 38m² located on the ground floor of the villa. Ideally located 15 minutes from Montpellier city center and 5 minutes from the beach by car, this apartment is located in the pretty, lively village of Pérols.
it is located in a very quiet area. You will appreciate the absolute calm. Ideal for 4 people maximum.
Outside you can enjoy a small patio and a terrace. It is a haven of peace. Deckchairs to enjoy the sun and a barbecue will also be at your disposal. The accommodation is completely independent from the rest of the villa.
Possibility of parking for free in front of the house. Entrance is shared in the villa. The accommodation space is private.
We, the owner, live just above on the first floor.
You will have free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
List of additional equipment:
• (crockery, cutlery and cleaning products provided)
• Towels and household linen provided (bath towel, shower gel, sheets, blankets and tea towels)
• Washing machine
• Electric heating
For the well-being and privacy of other tenants and the neighborhood, we do not accept noise pollution exceeding a certain time.
Smokers will be kind enough to smoke only outside the accommodation.

Tout était parfait. Que ce soit la location, la propreté, l’environnement général.. pour mes 10 jours de vacances je suis enchantée. Mme Hargou est une hôte disponible, prévenante, et très gentille. Mon futur séjour est déjà prévu !
