In the town of Conquet, 10 minutes walk from the town center and 5 minutes walk from the first beaches.

Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) of a 90 m² duplex apartment + 50 m² terrace with sea view.

The apartment is composed of:
• on the 1st floor of a living room area, dining room, open kitchen, utility room (2 refrigerators/freezers, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 dishwasher).
• on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a small terrace (160x200 bed), 1 bathroom, a separate toilet. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (140x200).

The capacity of the apartment is ideally 4 people. However, it can accommodate 6 people with 1 bedroom for 2 people (double bed) and 1 bedroom for 4 people (2 single beds and 1 double bed).

Free private parking.
The entrance to the building is shared with another apartment. The entrance to the apartment is naturally private.

By choosing this rental, you can use the shuttle from the nearby car park for free* to get to the pier. (*) Only 1 return trip over the entire rental period and for a maximum of 6 people. The presence of this car park does not cause any noise pollution.

The terrace has been planted since 2021. Also, some photos may not show these new features.
