Apartment with separate entrance located on the 2nd and last floor of a villa made up of 7 apartments exclusively dedicated to seasonal rental.
The furnishing is contemporary inspired, it includes:

- 1 large living room with 2 sofas including 1 convertible, 140 cm large screen television, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and classic coffee machine.

- 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 80x200 bed or 3 80x200 beds.

- 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 80x200 bed or 3 80x200 beds.

- 1 bathroom with sink, shower and bathtub, a private sauna, the WC is separate.
Common laundry area with washing machine and dryer with free access.

You will have easy and free parking in front of the house as well as a WiFi internet connection and shared furniture in the garden.
With us you will sleep in a real bed prepared with white sheets and a cozy duvet, bath linen is also provided. On your arrival, coffee and orange juice await you to accompany your first breakfast (bakery or supermarket located less than 200 meters away).

Departure cleaning is included.
