**Apartment of 37 m², in perfect condition, located on the ground floor on the NW side, and on the 1st floor on the SE side. For health reasons, it is non-smoking, pets not allowed. No external noise pollution.

Living room: bright, with balcony (5 m²), facing SE, sunny in the morning. Equipped with a two-seater BZ, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: crockery for 6 people, vitro table. 4 fireplaces, dishwasher, microwave, raclette and sandwich makers.

The master bedroom: facing SE. Double bed (140x190)
The sleeping area: (6 m²), separated from the other rooms, equipped with 2 bunk beds (80x180)
The bathroom (bathtub); separate toilet.

In summer: hiking, horse riding, climbing spots, via ferrata, mountain biking, mountain lakes, the wolf house in Orlu (5 km), spa center, visits to caves (Lombrives, Niaux, Bedeilhac, etc.)
In winter: alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and/or dog sledding on the Beille plateau, ski touring, snowshoeing, thermal spa (rheumatology, ENT)
