This 40 m² T3 is located on the west side of the residence, quickly putting it in the shade on hot summer evenings.
Spacious with its two bedrooms, its EAST-facing terrace with sea view, and bright in the living room with a view of nature, it is ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children from 3 years old).
Provide sheets and towels.
Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed.

The residence is located at the foot of the Pyrenean massif of Albères and on the edge of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, nestled in a cove facing south. It offers a privileged location in an authentic and wild setting. Various pebble beaches are directly accessible on foot. The village of Aloès is pedestrian, with a large car park located at the entrance of the residence. However, access near the apartment is authorized for loading or unloading luggage or other cumbersome commissions. Please note, given the geography of the site, the village is made up of slopes and stairs making it difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
