You will be just 8 minutes by car from Almanarre beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in France, internationally known in the world of windsurfers.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa's apartments are located due south on a wooded hill overlooking the sea, the Domaine de la Californie.

The RDJ apartment has 3 independent bedrooms, a living/dining room, an open kitchen with sea view, facing south.
3 bathrooms (one in each bedroom), and 2 separate toilets.
The garden has a terrace under arcades with a dining table.
Swimming pool of 60 m² and 2.50 m deep reserved exclusively for tenants, open from April to October. Otherwise you can go to the beach 5 minutes by car, you will find Almanarre beach internationally recognized as one of the best spots for windsurfers.

15/20 minutes by car, you can enjoy the Bergerie à l'Ayguade, beaches suitable for families, made of blond sand and with shallow water.
On the island of Porquerolles, the famous Argent beach is made up of fine white sand, the silvery reflections of which gave it its name.
The beaches of Alycastre, Courtade and Langoustier are also very famous for their fine sand and very clear water.
