Appartement parfaitement équipé et agréable avec en plus un jardinet. A 800 mètres de la plage de Pontaillac et 400 mètres d'une petite plage. Location conforme au descriptif

Excellent emplacement , proche de la mer, de la piste cyclable et du centre ville. Tout est facilement accessible à pieds ou à vélo. Placement de parking appréciable.
Appartement très agréable avec son jardinet et très bien équipé. Propriétaires très soucieux du bien-être de leurs vacanciers. Un grand merci à vous.
