Non-smoking, very cozy, on the ground floor, very quiet surrounded by nature, same residence as our three apartments.
Mountain chalet decoration, pretty mountain view, tennis court, pétanque court, ping-pong table - private parking with two spaces, closed by barrier. Lots of space around the residence.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional 12-cup electric coffee maker and NESPRESSO coffee maker, toaster. Large fridge with freezer compartment. Electric oven and microwave oven.
Fondue and raclette machines, waffle iron, electric crepe maker. Soup mixer, puree mixer, blender, mixer.
Living room with convertible sofa and table, color TV and USB key player.
A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, wall-mounted TV with USB key player - A sleeping area with a 90x190 cm bed (no bunk beds) - a 140x190 cm convertible sofa in the living room.
Bathroom, washing machine. Hair dryer.
Cellar for skis or sleds, bicycles.
Parquet. Electric underfloor heating, wall radiator.
Pretty outdoor terrace of 15 m² with small kitchen equipped in summer, table and 4 seats, plancha, waffle iron and crepe maker, beautiful mountain view. Small ring to attach runaway doggie.
Very nice service at the edge of the lake and surrounded by nature, in a quiet area.
