- a children's bedroom with two single bunk beds, dressing rooms and office area
- a large bathroom equipped with an Italian shower measuring 80x160cm (with tropical rain shower head), a large sink and a towel dryer
- a separate toilet with hand basin
- a large entrance with integrated dressing rooms: drawers, wardrobe, shoe departments, etc.
- a private balcony with a panoramic view of the Lachat du Grand-Bornand

The apartments have the following amenities:
- Free and unlimited WiFi
- two private parking spaces
- a storage room for skis/bikes… specific to the apartment and lockable
- raclette machine, fondue machine, robot, fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom linen (bath towels + gloves) provided

Also note that in the mountains, many activities such as hiking, cycling, Via Ferrata, climbing, walks around Lake Annecy and in the surrounding mountains obviously remain practicable. It is thanks to the commitment and civic-mindedness of everyone that the mountains remain a forever irreplaceable place of freedom!

Here is how the supply of bed and bath sheets is organized:
- Bathroom linen is systematically provided (towels + gloves).
- Bed linen is provided free of charge for the following periods:
- February school holidays
- Easter school holidays
- July/August school holidays
- All Saints’ Day school holidays
- December school holidays
However, it can also be provided on request and for a fixed price of €40 (cost of dry cleaning and installation) for people who have reserved at least one week at the chalet outside of these school holiday periods.

Short stays are also possible (from 3 nights) except during school holiday periods: July/August, December and February (weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday).
