A private entrance leads to Ciel, the spacious 50 m2 gîte for four people on the first floor of the house. The gîte has a spacious living room with dining area, a separate kitchen and two bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds: 1x boxspring 160x200 and 2x boxspring 70X200. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. From the living room you enter a large terrace with superb views.
Domaine la Borniotte has three spacious and comfortable gîtes: La Terre for two people, Le Ciel and Le Monde for four people each. All three are fully equipped.
In the 1.4 hectare park, there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.
Domaine la Borniotte is a short walk from the pretty village of Sainte Alvere, with two bakeries, a supermarket, two restaurants, a bar, a pharmacy and health services. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.
