On the 2nd floor of a residence with lift and intercom. Very bright, quiet, beautiful view of nature and privileged location.
Everything is nearby (the lake 50 m away invites you to walk or swim - shops, restaurants, bars, everything is on foot). Many hiking trails.
The apartment consists of: a large living room
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, pyrolytic oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine) - numerous storage cupboards
- a dining area and a lounge with TV / wifi
- a spacious, bright independent bedroom with a double bed (160x200) - cupboard/dressing room - television set - valet - armchair
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower - vanity unit - 1 WC - numerous storage cupboards (bathrobes - hair dryer - toiletries...)
- free parking in front of the residence
- stop of the snow shuttle (free) at the foot of the residence during the winter holidays.

"Escapade et repos coté Lac (Lakeside)"
Séjour agréable et sympathique passé à Gérardmer malgré le temps très mitigé de la semaine (soleil, pluie, et grêle). Nous avons pu pendant chaque période d’accalmie quotidienne, faire nos 3h30 de randonnée, et heureusement, pour le reste du temps, nous étions logés dans un merveilleux et spacieux appartement très bien équipé, décoré et agencé avec soins. Très lumineux et situé au calme (donnant sur l’arrière du bâtiment) il est au bord du lac et est le point de départ de plusieurs circuits de ballade. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mme IMHOFF la propriétaire, qui veille à ce que le séjour soit en tout point de vue réussi, nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et pour toutes les petites attentions.

"Séjour parfait"
Un excellent séjour à Gérardmer , nous avons découvert la ville et la montagne environnante sous le soleil , la neige et les jonquilles , un paradis pour les randonneurs.
Quant à l'appartement , tout était parfait : l'accueil par la propriétaire , le confort , le caractère cocooning , la décoration et son emplacement par rapport au lac et à la ville.
Une adresse à conseiller aux amoureux de la nature , des promenades en forêt.
