Beautiful and pleasant apartment + small balcony, in the heart of the Mont Dore resort with determining rental criteria: splendid and recognized panoramic view, very quiet, clean, bright, near the center, 300 m from the post office-town hall-Church , 350 m from the thermal baths, access to the ground floor terrace-garden, possibilities of having lunch outside, neat and cheerful decoration, possibility of free parking, independent accommodation and tranquility. We are owners, no intermediary agency. Opening hours for contacting us from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Possible stays for rest, spa treatment, skiing, countryside, minimum stay limit of 2 days. Welcome.

We offer different apartments in the mountains and in the heart of the Auvergne resort: Le Mont Dore with a superb panoramic view of the Mont Dore resort and the mountain ranges.
We are an individual who rents to individuals.

We live on site. Which often has advantages. We remain attentive to our customers and at their disposal throughout their stay.
We thus offer apartments for 2 to 7 people, of the 2-star and 3-star type.
All the accommodations are all decorated and very clean. Which seems obvious and which is a constant concern at VILLA VAL ROSE.

Our rental difference is undoubtedly the panoramic view of our apartments while being in the city center and particularly 250 m from the Thermes du Mont Dore and the shops.

Our accommodation ranges from studios to apartments with 2 bedrooms-living room-kitchen-bathroom and WC. The bathrooms either with shower or with bathtub to relax.

In addition, at VILLA VAL ROSE, you have a terrace and a garden on the ground floor.
They are accessible to all customers. We are exposed due south and the sun sets on our villa. Some apartments have direct access to the terrace and garden and you can have lunch in the sun, in good weather.

We have obtained the Family Label and children are welcome.

We have an additional private laundry area for our customers.

We have a storage room for skis and heavy boots for the winter and a storage room for bicycles in the summer.
For parking, all around the property there are many possibilities to park easily and for free. This represents appreciable day-to-day facilities.
