Located in the Le Panoramique residence in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée, this superb 44 m² two-room apartment is ideal for a couple with two or three children (capacity 5 people maximum).
You will have a breathtaking view of the ocean that will take your breath away!
On the balcony, you will have the chance to have lunch in the sun or admire the sunsets after dinner.

THE GREAT BEACH AT YOUR FEET - there is no road to cross to get to the large beach, it is ideal for children!

The apartment is equipped with quality bedding: a large 140 cm wardrobe bed in the living room and two 90 cm bunk beds (the children will love it) as well as a 90 cm bed in the bedroom .
You will be on the 4th floor, without elevator.
As you know, 30 minutes of physical activity a day increases life expectancy!

FULLY EQUIPPED !
The kitchen area is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, washing machine, etc.), the bathroom and the toilets are independent.

A private place on a secure car park is at your disposal.

We do not have free WiFi but you can use your smartphone as a mobile WiFi point.
However, we leave you with documentation to help you visit our beautiful region and enjoy our superb landscapes and family activities.
