Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom with a 140cm bed, 2nd small bedroom with 140cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower.
The apartment is located in a small residence, on the 1st floor without elevator.
You will have a closed garage and a private cellar with 3 bicycles (as is) and various beach games.
The apartment is ideally located in Le Crotoy, at the end of the dike.
View over the Bay of Somme, you only have to go down 50 meters to find the beach and a large play area for children.
