Located between the ocean (300 m) and the city center (500 m), everything is within walking distance! Free parking is located in front of the residence.
It can accommodate 5 to 6 people with a sofa and a sofa bed downstairs, while on the mezzanine there is a large double bed + 2 bunk beds + 1 bed in a fitted cabin (ideal for children). Sheets are not provided.
The apartment includes a bathroom and a separate toilet, a kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, an oven and a microwave. It is equipped with a TV and a private terrace. A games room with a ping-pong table and a swimming pool are reserved for the residence.
