Appartement Chatrou 1

In 2014, as a Dutchman, I settled in the village of Châtelraould-Saint-Louvent, shortened to Chatrou by all the inhabitants of the region.
I renovated a half-timbered ruin there and created my own house and two comfortable apartments.

The Chatrou 1 apartment is located on the ground floor. You can also rent Chatrou 2, which allows you to come with 6 people and has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. See my site.

Chatrou is located on the border of Champagne and Der.
The immense Lac du Der with its beautiful beaches and beautiful nature is 20 minutes from Chatrou.
From the front door of Chatrou, it is possible to take beautiful walks or bike rides.
Chatrou is also an excellent starting point for a champagne tasting or a visit to Troyes, Verdun, Épernay or Reims, for example.

Chatrou 1 consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
In addition, you have a large covered terrace adjoining the large garden with picnic table and barbecue which you can of course use.
I am sure that Chatrou offers you everything you need to relax and in the meantime see many beautiful villages and towns with lots of half-timbered houses, beautiful country roads, nature and vast landscapes.
Not forgetting the magnificent cranes that visit the region in autumn and winter.
