Apartment with 3 bedrooms, the first 2 have a double bed and the third has 2 single beds. An extra bed and a baby cot are also at your disposal. You can rent both apartments at the same time, ideal for groups of up to 14 people. Each bedroom has cupboards allowing you to store your belongings. Towels and sheets are provided.
1 bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks, 1 hair dryer and 1 toilet. Another WC is independent.
A 50 m² terrace with a view of the park: 4 deckchairs, 1 dining table, 1 barbecue and a fitness area (1 rower and 1 elliptical bike) are at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, table and storage.
The apartment also has 1 living room with fireplace, 1 dining room and a large screen TV lounge, satellite television and a DVD player. The living room and dining room overlook the park. You will also have a laundry room with: 1 washing machine, portable dryer, iron and 1 ironing board.

You can walk to the city center as it is only 500 meters away. You can even rent bikes 200 meters from the house, to go for a stroll on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
In the summer, the Off festival takes place in town and you can walk there to enjoy the free concerts, which are organized every evening in the lower town.

On your arrival, we offer you a bottle of wine or blanquette that you can drink chilled with friends.
And if you feel like it, you can also go directly to the property and private cellar to meet the owners of these wines and better understand the richness of our terroir by talking with those who raised this wine.
