In a small and charming residence, recent, air-conditioned apartment of 36 m² including an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a small bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a bathroom with WC.
The large bay window in the living room gives direct access to the 10 m² terrace with a magnificent 180° view of the beaches of Isolella in Agosta, the Sanguinaires Islands, Ajaccio, and the mountain. Superb sunsets.
Private parking space.
Access to the beach a few minutes' walk away, and cove less than 200 m away.
No Wi-Fi.
About 5 minutes by car from the Porticcio maritime shuttle to get to the center of Ajaccio directly by boat.
Ajaccio airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car and the seaport is 30 minutes away.
Sports activities: Scuba diving, horse riding, jet skiing, parasailing, paddle, etc.

"Vue mer panoramique"
C est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement dont l emplacement nous convient parfaitement pour aller à isolella Rupione et mar e sole. Magnifique vue mer légèrement en retrait de la route avec une petite crique juste en contrebas.

"une vue magnifique"
Appartement tout confort très fonctionnel avec des couchages de qualité. et la climatisation dans 2 pièces différentes très appréciable. le plus de cet appartement : une terrasse d'environ 10 m2 avec une superbe vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio. situé à 300 mètres de la plage et à proximité de toutes commodités petite crique et plages plus animées à moins de 2 km. résidence calme.
