Very quiet duplex of 70 m², 3rd floor with elevator, near the thermal baths, shuttle to the Sancy resort in the street, the apartment has a parking space, ski storage.
You can take the hiking trails from the apartment.
Close to the apartment, you have a picnic area with the possibility of using the barbecues provided, a ping pong table, a play and relaxation area with a view of the Sancy for sunny days.
The apartment is close to the funicular which leads to Le Capucin (tree climbing, hiking, restaurant, etc.)
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
