This 3 star Studio is a "favorite".
The apartment is 200 m from the spa centre and shops, all accessible by a private outdoor elevator to the residence (see photo).
For your comfort, It has just been completely renovated with taste, it is clear and bright.
It is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a secure residence with digicode.
The residence is quiet while being close to the center.
You benefit if you wish, for 40 euros for the stay, a parking space that is private, numbered, in a closed and secure covered garage at the foot of the residence.
It consists of a living room with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a table and chairs to take your meals, a kitchen fully equipped with quality equipment, a bedroom area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a furnished balcony.
In order to make your stay more pleasant, the wifi is allocated free of charge.
The bedding and accessories are new as well as all the appliances, kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery... You’ll find a pressure cooker there.
Equipments making it even more attractive are for the kitchen: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, sensible coffee maker, traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wireless vacuum cleaner, radio, refrigerator freezer, microwave, large 42 cm traditional oven, 80 cm flat screen TV, fan column, iron and ironing board.
In the bathroom a washing machine, a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.
Many storage spaces including a huge closet with wardrobes and wardrobe.

"Très bel appartement"
Très bon séjour, appartement où on s'y sent bien, à côté du centre thermal. Amélie les Bains est très animée le jour et en début de soirée. Dans le studio il ne manque absolument rien, les proprietaires ont pensé à toi. Les plus : wc séparé et la formule tout compris. Tarif très très intéressant.

"Tout était parfait..."
Rien à redire. Tout était parfait, le studio est aménagé avec goût, pour l'équipement rien ne manque. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème de stationnement car nous avons pris le garage. Le studio est au calme tout en étant à 200 m des Thermes et du centre. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine c'est sûr.
