The apartment located on the 2nd floor, with elevator of a Napoleon III style building, bathed in light.
The apartment is only 150 meters from the cable cars, "the express rack" allowing access to the ski resort of Luchon Superbagnères.
Restaurants and a bakery are on the ground floor of the building, "holiday in the mountains" atmosphere guaranteed!
The apartment is quiet, all new windows are double glazed.
You will appreciate being able to observe the trees of the alleys of Etigny (the green color is very present!) from the apartment, and of course the view of the mountain!

"Un séjour Parfait"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est au cœur des animations de Luchon et est très proche des commerces et restaurants très pratique lorsque l'on est une famille, on accède très facilement aux terrasses des cafés et restaurants. De même que l'accès à Superbagnères grâce aux télécabines pour aller skier est à seulement 150 mètres de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont confortables. La place de parking est également très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!
