1.Our Apartment is a place for couples, friends and families. We have strict policies against drug use.

2. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must pay an additional cost of COP 5, 00. Additional visitors are those who have not registered at check-in. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

3. A photo of EACH VISITOR's passport or Colombian ID must be sent prior to check-in. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
