This spacious and modern apartment is right next to the Wolfseck Ski Lift and the slopes of the Niederthai Ski Area. The south-facing terrace offers panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps. A cross-country ski run is right outside.

Apart Raphael includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bathrooms. Underfloor heating is available. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning.

The garden includes a children’s playground, barbecue facilities, and a sun terrace. A ski storage room and free private parking are available at the Raphael Apart.

Guests can have breakfast at the restaurant next door, which also offers internet access. A ski rental and ski school are 500 metres away, and a toboggan run is 300 metres from the apartment. The scenic Stuiben Waterfall can be reached in a 5-minute drive.

From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.

Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
