Guests can relax on the sun terrace and in the garden. Ski storage facilities are available on site, and a ski school is directly opposite. From December 2015, guests receive a 25% reduction on ski equipment at the Alpinskiverleih Fügen Ski Rental, which is directly on site. Sledding and snowshoe hiking is possible.
Heim Apart is a 5-minute drive away from the Fügen Thermal Spa. The neighbouring hotel provides a breakfast buffet, a 5-course dinner and access to a large spa area for a surcharge. The Hochzillertal Cable Car can be reached within a 10-minute drive.
