The house is located in the small hamlet of La Canéda (former commandery of the Templars).
Adjoining a barely used 12th century church, this very old atypical house is steeped in history. Its very careful renovation harmoniously combines ancient spirit and modern comfort.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room with access to the garden and aromatic patch and onto a living room with a small cave.
On the 1st floor there is a mezzanine with sofa opening onto a bedroom with fireplace and a bathroom with walk-in shower which opens onto a south-facing terrace.
A beautiful iron and wood staircase leads you to the 2nd floor mezzanine with its reading corner and to a bedroom with either 2 90x200 beds or a 180x200 bed.
Both bedrooms, as well as all the main rooms, are air-conditioned. The bedding is new and comfortable.
The house has a utility room including a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, water softener, clothes airer, WC and sink.
The place is very quiet. The garden and courtyard are completely enclosed.
Free parking is located 10 m from the house and 100 m away a shuttle can take you to the center of Sarlat (very useful in summer).
