The river, the Luech, with excellent quality water, will allow you to swim at the foot of the house.
The hamlet of La Planche is very quiet; the village of Vialas is 3 mins by car, 15 mins on foot via the Chemin de La Vigne. Here you will find the very well-stocked grocery store and bakery, as well as the village café.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with its shower; bedroom 2 upstairs shares its bathroom with bedroom 3 where there is a mezzanine under the roof for additional sleeping arrangements (beware of the ladder, therefore older children).
