Please note that guests are required to inform the property in advance about their estimated arrival time since most apartments do not operate a front desk. Guests will be able to insert this information in the section “Special Requests” at the time of booking or can contact the property directly using the contact details in the booking confirmation.
Please note check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: E-615 Greater Kailash II (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.
Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.
Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Hospitality Concepts India.
Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents.
Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, extra guests will be charged.
Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule.
Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbors. In case of non-social behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.
Please note that In a rare case of any non-availability of this property, the property will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity.
Please note that mandatory electricity charges needs to be paid at the property at the time of check out, INR 10 per Unit.Les enterrements de vie de célibataire et autres fêtes de ce type sont interdits dans cet établissement.
