Apartamentos Forner are located on the seafront in central Peñíscola, just 50 metres from the beach. This small complex has an outdoor swimming pool and a snack bar.

Each Forner Apartment has a private balcony. There is a lounge and a kitchen area with a fridge, oven and washing machine. Kitchen utensils are included. This property includes TV.

The Forner Apartments are situated in the centre of Peñíscola, near many local shops and bars. Peñíscola Harbour and Papa Luna Castle are a 5-minute walk away.

Late check-in will be done using a mailbox with a code. You must contact reception so that this code is provided to the client and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid.

Check-out time from the apartments is at 10:00 a.m. maximum.

The rate does not include towels, you can bring them from home or rent them at reception

Seasonal pool, open from 15/6 to 15/9 (modifications subject to the community of neighbors of the property)

** Stays from September 23 to June 4 for 7 or more nights DO NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed upon departure according to the consumption made by the client, according to the meter reading. For stays longer than 1 month, electricity is paid monthly (0.35 €/kW)

** Guests must pay a deposit of €150 by card; cash will not be accepted.
After leaving the apartment, it is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days.

**The interior photographs are examples of the variety of apartments we have. They are assigned according to planning, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed.

**Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

**The client will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days prior to arrival.

**Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot respect the arrival time.

** All adult guests and children aged 14 years or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid identification document (DNI, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in.
