Renovated in October 2017, the air-conditioned and heated apartment features a gas log fire, large double glazed sliding doors, which open onto the rear deck and native bush garden with a barbecue and sun terrace.The property is 19 km from the Great Ocean Road, Torquay and Geelong.

There is an open-plan living area downstairs. Free WiFi, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar and a well equipped kitchen are provided. Guests can stay warm with the gas log fireplace.

A number of activities are offered in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, snorkelling with seals and scuba diving shipwrecks. There are 9 golf courses within a 15-minute drive of the property.
