Enjoy this comfortable town house, renovated and fitted out for 6 people maximum.

It is located on a thoroughfare through the city, close to all amenities.
You can discover the sumptuous medieval city of Carcassonne in just 10 minutes on foot.

It is equipped with a videophone and has covered parking accessible by an electric gate and a quiet garden at the back, the garage is only available for motorcyclists and long stays.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living space with a small entrance with cupboard and WC, opening onto a bright living room. The dining area has a table with integrated extensions and a seating area. As an extension, the large equipped kitchen (cooking range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine cellar, etc.)
During long stays (1 week minimum) you will have access to the garage, where the washing machine is located.
Upstairs, the sleeping area and the bathroom await you with 3 bedrooms, each with storage space. A baby travel cot with extra mattress is available on request.

Your pets will be welcome (at no additional cost). However, they will not be allowed on beds and sofas.
Please let me know if they accompany you.

I do not charge cleaning fees, I ask you to do your cleaning before your departure: brooms/vacuum cleaner + mop.
