The 700 m² private garden with trees and flowers is entirely enclosed and not overlooked (deckchairs, barbecue)
New quality bedding. Baby/young child equipment: playpen, travel cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath, potty and toilet reducer, adapted toys.
• Shower room on the ground floor with large Italian shower, bathroom with large bathtub, WC, and washer-dryer upstairs, additional separate WC on the ground floor.
• 13 m² veranda accessible from the living room, with large extendable table for 10 people
• 3 independent double bedrooms and a fourth attic dormitory bedroom of 12 m² on the ground (adjoining a double bedroom)
• A parking space in front of the house (or two in a row). Free street parking, the area is very quiet.
In the immediate vicinity of all shops and leisure activities (bowling/laser game/escape game, cinema, etc.)

"Super sejour"
Un gite magnifique où rien ne manque…nous venons d’y séjourner 6 jours à 5 adultes et 2 enfants…et vraiment rien à redire…la personne qui vous accueille est très professionnelle et agréable, le gîte est proche des lieux de visites…ce fut vraiment un super sejour et si nous revenons dans le coin nous reviendrons…
