Pleasant and bright house, located 1 km from the sea, which can accommodate 8/10 people.
Enclosed, shaded garden with two large tables, deckchairs and barbecue.
5 bedrooms and a living room (or 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms), including a bedroom with shower and basin, 3 recent shower rooms, 3 WCs, private parking. Internet / Wi-Fi.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, or 5 bedrooms if you prefer to convert a living room into a bedroom, each equipped with a closet or wardrobe and a 140 double bed (Bultex mattress on slatted base). Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival.
The parental room is equipped with its shower and basin.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as the kitchen and the bright living room (sofa, TV) whose large bay window opens onto a balcony (garden furniture).

The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, 4 cooking rings, microwave, freezer section in the fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Two dining tables are at your disposal.

Three bathrooms, two with WC. Separate toilets.
The entrance is on the ground floor. It overlooks a living room/TV.

Bedroom 4 and the second living room are located in a wing of the house with the 3rd shower room/WC and benefit from a small additional kitchen area.
Very quiet residential area.
Railway track nearby without nuisance. No train at night. Few during the day.
