✨ Welcome to our warm studio ✨
You are in the heart of Esterel, 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien and 18 minutes from the beaches of Cannes.

The studio is an extension of our villa.
Vehicle entrance is shared, you have a private and secure parking space (with video surveillance) as well as a private terrace ☀️

Located 1 km from the village center of Adrets-de-l'Esterel and 3 minutes from the motorway, the light and bright 20 m² studio has its own private outdoor space, a 13 m² south-facing terrace.

Functional and comfortable, it is fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
The convertible sofa is designed for daily sleeping.
Household linen is provided and put in place (sheets - bath towels - tea towels).

You will have everything you need on site to get your stay off to a good start (salt - pepper - oil as well as coffee - cappuccino - chocolate - tea)

Cleaning fee of €30 per stay
