In Sarthe, in the heart of the Pays de la Loire, come and discover our gite located in the town of Nouans, in a pleasant and calm setting in the countryside.

Accessible by a private road, our building has been completely renovated. It combines the charm of rural heritage and modern comfort in a vast green setting with a private and secure lake. Nature lovers will be delighted!

Our gite is located between Le Mans and Alençon, near the A28 motorway.

You can rent it for your holidays, relaxing weekends, family reunions or with friends, to celebrate an event (approximately 30 people, special rates), for work or other...

We will make every effort to ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions.

The cottage, with a capacity of 10 beds, includes:
- a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people
​- a fitted kitchen open to the living room with induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, raclette machine, as well as crockery necessary for 20 people. In the kitchen you will find a tea towel, sponges, dishwashing product, dishwasher tablets
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds and trundle bed 90x190 (sleeps 4)
- 1 living room with 2-seater sofa bed

You will find the rooms equipped with pillows, pillowcases, mattress protectors, fitted sheets and duvets.
IMPORTANT: duvet covers and towels are not included in the rental.

On the outside you will enjoy more than 3000 m² of greenery, you will be quiet, without neighbors.

A barnum, with a capacity of 15 people, will be at your disposal all year round. You will find a large table, 15 chairs and a charcoal barbecue.

You also have the possibility of renting a 30 m² room equipped with a bar, sink, refrigerator, 5 standing tables with stools, relaxation area with armchairs for your aperitif dinners or other.
