The villa lies in peaceful and quiet surroundings just outside the village of Kringa, a few minutes’ walk away.
Kringa lies in central Istria, just five kilometres from the second largest village of the Tinjan municipality, the location of a building from the Iron Age, later a Roman fort. There is a well-tended garden with plenty of natural shade and sunshine around the large pool, with a view over the village and the surrounding green nature.
It also has a terrace with a dining area and grill and a children’s play area and table tennis table.
A fenced parking ara for up to four cars is available. This breathtaking luxury stone villa was built to the highest quality standards.
