Situated within the exclusive Ter Complex, Calythion Beachfront Suite enjoys a privileged waterfront setting, offering an inviting retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking comfort and privacy on Greece’s enchanting car-free island. Spanning 77 square metres, the suite combines generous indoor and outdoor living areas with a layout designed for both togetherness and independence.
Two beautifully appointed double en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private entrance, are connected by a shared kitchenette and a spacious courtyard overlooking the sea. One bedroom features a lounge area, an open-plan sink, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second offers an open-concept shower and sink arrangement, a dedicated workspace, a minibar, and a sofa that converts into a double bed, providing additional sleeping accommodation when required. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all essential kitchenware, making it easy to prepare light meals during your stay.
Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the warmer months, while thoughtful touches such as slippers, complimentary toiletries, a flat-screen television, safe deposit box, and comfortable seating areas enhance the overall experience. Outside, the large private courtyard creates a wonderful setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or simply unwinding with views across the water.

Subject to a satisfactory property inspection, this amount will be returned in full at check-out. Children of all ages are welcome, although cots and extra beds are not available.
